Albanian Language
- Albanian is an Indo-European language and the only surviving representative of its branch, which belongs to the Paleo-Balkan group.  
- It is the official language of Albania and Kosovo, and a co-official language in North Macedonia and Montenegro.  
- Approximately 5 million people speak Albanian in the Balkans, with a larger number in communities across the Americas, Europe, and Oceania.  
- Albanian has two main dialects: Gheg, spoken in the north, and Tosk, spoken in the south.
